Oxford Elite Homestays securely stores data using Google Docs and Google Sheets. These tools are protected by Google’s advanced security systems and comply with international privacy and data protection standards. Access is restricted to authorised team members only.

 

How We Use and Share Data

  • Host family details are shared only in good faith and only when necessary to facilitate student placements and ensure appropriate matching.
     

  • Student information is shared only with trusted third-party agencies or educational partners who assist in delivering our services (such as school placements, language courses, or activity providers).
     

  • Data is never sold, distributed, or shared with unrelated third parties.
     

Application Forms
